Features ±10ppm frequency tolerance and ±50ppm frequency stability. Operates with LVPECL output, 55% maximum symmetry, and a 3.3V supply voltage. Housed in a 10-pin Ceramic Leadless Chip Carrier (CLCC) surface-mount package measuring 7mm x 5mm x 1.65mm, with a pin pitch of 2.54mm. Extended operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
