Operates with LVPECL output and 55% max symmetry. Supplied in a 10-pin Ceramic Leadless Chip Carrier (CLCC) surface mount package, measuring 7mm x 5mm x 1.65mm, with a 2.54mm pin pitch. Supports a tuning voltage from 0 to 2.625V and operates from a 2.375V to 2.625V supply. Extended operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
