Features ±10ppm frequency tolerance and ±20ppm frequency stability. Operates with LVPECL output, 55% max symmetry, and a tuning voltage range of 0 to 2.625V. Supplied in a 10-pin Ceramic Leadless Chip Carrier (CLCC) surface mount package with dimensions of 7mm x 5mm x 1.65mm. Supports operating supply voltages from 2.375V to 2.625V and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
