Supplied in a 10-pin Ceramic Leadless Chip Carrier (CLCC) package, measuring 7mm x 5mm x 1.65mm, designed for surface mounting. Supports a tuning voltage range of 0 to 3.465V and operates from a 3.3V supply within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
