16-bit, 2-channel digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a segment architecture and a maximum conversion rate of 1.25 Gsps. This general-purpose DAC offers a serial digital interface and current output, with an internal or external voltage reference. Housed in a thermal-enhanced, very thin quad flat package (HVQFN EP), it measures 8x8x0.83mm with a 0.5mm pin pitch, suitable for surface mounting. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
