Positive edge-triggered D flip-flop with complementary outputs. Features a 1-bit, single-function design operating at up to 200MHz with a 3.5ns propagation delay at nominal supply. This CMOS logic IC supports supply voltages from 1.2V to 3.6V, with a nominal 1.5V, and has a maximum output current of 24A. Packaged in a VSSOP-8 (R-PDSO-G8) with a 0.5mm terminal pitch, it is suitable for surface mounting and operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
