This parallel interface memory features 3-state output characteristics and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage. Packaged in a 44-pin TSOP2 surface-mount configuration with a 0.8mm terminal pitch, it is suitable for commercial temperature ranges from 0°C to 70°C.
