Operates on a single 5V supply (4.5V to 5.5V) and functions as a line transceiver. Housed in a 16-pin SOIC W (SOP) wide body package with gull-wing leads for surface mounting. Package dimensions are 10.5mm (Max) length, 7.6mm (Max) width, and 2.35mm (Max) height, with a 1.27mm pin pitch. Extended operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
