Single precision operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output capabilities. Offers a 4.5MHz unity gain bandwidth and a 4.8V/µs slew rate. Designed with very low input bias current, as low as 30nA at 25°C, and a maximum input offset voltage of 650µV. This 8-terminal, voltage-feedback amplifier operates within an automotive temperature grade from -40°C to 125°C, housed in an 8-lead SOIC package.
