Single precision operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) operation. Offers a 4.5MHz unity gain bandwidth and a 4.8V/µs slew rate. Designed with very low input bias current (80nA max) and low input offset voltage (650µV max). This 8-terminal, voltage-feedback amplifier operates across an automotive temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC package.
