Single precision operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) with a unity gain bandwidth of 4.5MHz and a slew rate of 4.8V/µs. This voltage-feedback amplifier offers very low input bias current, with a maximum of 80nA, and a low input offset voltage of 750µV maximum. Designed for automotive applications, it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and supports a nominal supply voltage of 5V.
