Automotive-grade operational amplifier featuring a 4.5MHz unity gain bandwidth and 4.8V/µs slew rate. This single-channel, voltage-feedback amplifier offers rail-to-rail input and output capabilities, a maximum input offset voltage of 750mV, and a very low input bias current of 30nA at 25°C. Designed for a 5V nominal supply voltage, it operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range and is housed in a 6-terminal, 1.6mm x 2.9mm JEDEC package.
