This voltage-feedback amplifier offers a low input bias current of 5nA maximum at 25°C and a maximum input offset voltage of 250mV. Operating across an automotive temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it provides a minimum voltage gain of 35,000 and a unity gain bandwidth of 250kHz. The device is housed in an 8-terminal, 4.9mm x 3.9mm JEDEC R-PDSO-G8 package, consuming a maximum supply current of 56µA.
