This single-function, voltage-feedback amplifier offers a low input bias current of 5nA maximum and a low input offset voltage of 450µV maximum. Operating across an automotive temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it supports a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. The 6-terminal device is housed in a 6-lead plastic small outline package (R-PDSO-G6) with dimensions of 1.6mm width and 2.9mm length.
