The voltage-feedback architecture provides a nominal unity gain bandwidth of 200kHz and a minimum voltage gain of 100,000. Packaged in a 6-terminal R-PDSO-G6 with dimensions of 1.6mm width and 2.9mm length, it supports operation from -40°C to 125°C.
