Automotive-grade operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output capabilities. This micropower, single-function amplifier offers low input bias current and a low offset voltage, ideal for precision applications. With a wide supply voltage range up to 5.75V and a nominal supply voltage of 5V, it operates efficiently with a maximum supply current of 55µA. The voltage-feedback architecture provides a nominal unity gain bandwidth of 200kHz and a minimum voltage gain of 100,000. Packaged in a 6-terminal R-PDSO-G6 with dimensions of 1.6mm width and 2.9mm length, it supports operation from -40°C to 125°C.
