Fixed positive single output LDO regulator with 12V nominal output voltage, adjustable between 11.4V and 12.6V. Features a maximum output current of 1A and a dropout voltage of 700mV nominal, up to 1V maximum. Operates with input voltages from 13V to 18V, with an absolute maximum input of 20V. Offers line and load regulation of 0.12% maximum, and a wide operating temperature range of -30°C to 125°C. Packaged in a TO-220 plastic rectangular flange mount with through-hole terminals.
