Dual operational amplifier featuring JFET input for low bias current (100pA max). This voltage-feedback amplifier offers a 1MHz unity gain bandwidth and a 3V/µs slew rate. Operating from ±15V supplies, it provides a minimum voltage gain of 3000 and a 90dB common-mode reject ratio. The micropower design consumes a maximum of 500µA supply current. Housed in an 8-pin small outline package (SOP), it is suitable for commercial extended temperature ranges.
