FIXED POSITIVE SINGLE OUTPUT LDO REGULATOR with 1.5V nominal output voltage, adjustable from 1.455V to 1.545V. Features a maximum output current of 300mA, a maximum input voltage of 5.5V, and a dropout voltage of 900mV (max). This CMOS technology device offers excellent line and load regulation at 0.03% maximum. Housed in a compact R-PSSO-F3 (TO-243) rectangular surface-mount package with a terminal pitch of 1.5mm, it operates from -40°C to 125°C.
