This parallel interface memory features separate I/O and 3-state output characteristics, operating from a 1.7V to 1.9V supply range with a nominal 1.8V. Encased in a 165-ball plastic BGA package measuring 15mm x 17mm with a 1mm terminal pitch, it supports commercial temperature grades from 0°C to 70°C.
