Features a 1.4V to 6V input voltage range, ±2% output voltage accuracy, and a typical dropout voltage of 0.31V at 300mA. Housed in a 2.9mm x 2.8mm x 0.9mm heat-sinked small outline no-lead plastic package with an exposed pad. Includes current foldback protection, current limit, and enable control.
