Single-channel, high-side peripheral driver IC featuring a buffer/inverter configuration. This surface-mount device operates with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V and a maximum input voltage of 3.6V. It delivers up to 500mA of output current with a maximum output voltage of 6.3V and an on-state resistance of 150mR. Integrated over-temperature fault protection and an on/off interface are included.
