CMOS voltage detector with a fixed +4.0V threshold, offering 1% accuracy. This power supply support circuit features a single monitored input and a totem-pole output. Operating from 0.95V to 10V, it consumes a maximum supply current of 3µA and a typical operating current of 850nA. The device includes an active-low reset with a 50ms delay and 45ms timeout. Packaged in an SSOP-5 surface-mount configuration, it is RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 105°C.
