Surface mountable DC/DC boost switching regulator with a maximum output current of 2A. Features adjustable output voltage from 900mV to 16.2V, operating from a 4.75V to 18V input. This current-mode controller boasts a maximum switching frequency of 360kHz and includes a synchronous rectifier. Packaged in PDSO8/HTSOP-8 with copper and tin plating, it is RoHS compliant and operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
