Operates from 700mV to 7V supply voltage with a low operating supply current of 550nA and quiescent current of 450nA. This surface mount device, packaged in SSOP, offers active high/low reset and a TOTEM-POLE output, with a maximum power dissipation of 400mW and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
