CMOS voltage detector with a fixed 3.7V threshold, offering 1% accuracy. This power supply support circuit features a single monitored input and a totem-pole output. Operating from 0.7V to 7V, it consumes a low 550nA quiescent current and is available in a VSOF surface-mount package. Designed for reliable power-on reset, it functions across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
