CMOS comparator IC featuring a single function and a push-pull output. Offers 1mV maximum input offset voltage and 1pA input bias current. Operates with a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, with a typical operating supply voltage of 2.75V. Provides 80dB common mode rejection ratio and 80dB power supply rejection ratio. Packaged in an SSOP-5 surface mount configuration with copper and tin contact plating.
