
Surface mount voltage detector IC with a 2.7V threshold, offering 2% accuracy. Features a 2.754V maximum and 2.646V minimum reset threshold, operating from 700mV to 10V supply voltage. This simple reset/power-on reset circuit has an active low, totem-pole output and a 50ms reset delay. Designed for surface mounting in a SOT-23-5 package, it operates between -40°C and 85°C with a low 1.5µA supply current.
