3.0V voltage detector IC with ±3% accuracy, featuring a 3.06V maximum and 2.94V minimum reset threshold. This surface mount component, housed in an SOT-23-5 package, operates from 950mV to 10V supply voltage with a low 1.5µA operating current. It provides an active-low, totem-pole output with a 100ms reset delay and 65ms reset timeout. Suitable for a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, this RoHS compliant supervisory circuit is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
