Operates within a 700mV to 10V supply voltage range, with a reset delay time of 100ms and reset timeout of 65ms. This simple reset/power-on reset IC offers a nominal supply current of 1.8µA and is housed in an SOT-23-5 package. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C, it supports one monitored voltage and is RoHS compliant.
