The JAN1N6113 is a hermetically sealed, glass package transient voltage suppressor diode with a maximum operating temperature of 175°C and a minimum operating temperature of -65°C. It has a bidirectional polarity and is made of silicon. The diode has a maximum reverse voltage of 15.2V and a maximum non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 500mW. It is suitable for use in applications where a high level of reliability is required.
