
Unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode with 40W peak pulse power and 5A peak pulse current. Features a 2.5V reverse standoff voltage and 2.7V minimum breakdown voltage, clamping at 7.5V. This silicon device offers a low leakage current of 50nA and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Designed for surface mount applications with a single element and unidirectional channel, it is HALOGEN FREE and ROHS COMPLIANT.
