SI4362-C2A-GMR

The SI4362-C2A-GMR is a high-performance, low-current sub-GHz RF receiver belonging to the Silicon Labs EZRadioPRO family. It supports a wide frequency range from 142 MHz to 1050 MHz with an outstanding sensitivity of -126 dBm. The device is designed for low power consumption, drawing only 10 to 13.7 mA in active mode and featuring ultra-low power shutdown and standby modes. It provides robust operation in harsh RF conditions with 60 dB adjacent channel selectivity. The IC includes a highly configurable packet handler, 64-byte RX FIFO, and supports multiple modulation schemes including FSK, GFSK, MSK, and OOK, making it suitable for smart metering, home automation, and industrial control applications.
