Operates from 3V to 3.6V with a typical supply voltage of 3.3V and maximum supply current of 12.5mA. Encased in a 28-pin QFN EP package (5x5x0.88mm) with a 0.5mm pin pitch, suitable for surface mounting. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
