8-bit CMOS microprocessor featuring an 8051 core architecture and operating at frequencies from 240 MHz to 960 MHz. This integrated circuit offers 64KB of FLASH memory, 4KB of RAM, and 22 programmable GPIO pins. Connectivity is provided via I2C, SPI, UART, and SMBus interfaces. Designed for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it supports supply voltages from 1.8V to 3.6V and includes a watchdog timer.
