This 64-pin TQFP (Thin Quad Flat Package) offers surface mount convenience with a 0.5 mm pin pitch. On-chip ring relay driver and on-hook transmission are integrated, supporting polarity reversal. Operates within a 3.13 V to 3.47 V supply voltage range.
