The Si7015-A20-FM1R is a 14-bit relative humidity and temperature sensor with an I2C interface. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.9 to 3.6V and is accurate to ±3%RH and ±0.5°C. The sensor is packaged in a QFN EP-24 package and has a typical operating supply voltage of 2.5 or 3.3V. It is designed to operate over a temperature range of 0 to 70°C.
