The Si7020-A10-YMR is an I2C humidity and temperature sensor with 14-bit resolution, operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It provides digital output and is powered by a supply voltage between 1.9V and 3.6V. The sensor is packaged in a 6-pin DFN EP package, suitable for surface mount applications.
