Designed with a 50 Ohm impedance and GaAS technology, this integrated circuit is housed in a QFN package. Operates within a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40°C to 95°C. RoHS compliant and suitable for surface mount technology.
