The ST12100S is a trench Schottky rectifier designed for high speed switching and low power loss. It features a power-trench technology for ultra-low forward voltage drop and low thermal resistance, high junction temperature capability up to 150°C, and is suitable for switching power supplies and DC/DC converters.
