The Sony IMX576-AAKH5-C is a 24-megapixel stacked CMOS image sensor with a 1/2.78-inch optical format, designed primarily for use in smartphones and tablet PCs. It uses a back-illuminated (BSI) structure for high sensitivity, a square pixel array with a 0.9μm pixel size, and features include HDR and low noise. The sensor is also used in other compact camera modules for applications like smart home security systems and 3D inspection.
