The HER104 is a general purpose rectifier diode with a maximum operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. It has a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 300V and a maximum reverse current of 5uA. The diode can handle a peak non-repetitive surge current of 30A. It is packaged in a DO-41 case and is available in quantities of 5000. The HER104 is RoHS compliant and suitable for through hole mounting.
