The S1ML diode is a general purpose rectifier with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. It has a maximum forward surge current of 30A and a maximum reverse current of 5uA. The diode is packaged in a surface mount SMD/SMT package and is available in quantities of 7500 per reel. The S1ML is RoHS compliant and suitable for use in high-temperature applications.
