The SK26A is a general purpose rectifier diode with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -65°C. It has a maximum forward current of 2A and a maximum surge current of 50A. The diode is packaged in a 2-pin SMA package and is RoHS compliant. It has a maximum reverse leakage current of 500uA and a reverse recovery time of 25ns. The SK26A is suitable for use in a variety of applications where a general purpose rectifier diode is required.
