The SR1503 is a general purpose rectifier diode with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -50°C. It has a maximum forward surge current of 340A and a maximum reverse leakage current of 500uA. The diode is packaged in a R-type package and is RoHS compliant. It can handle a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 30V and has a power dissipation of 400mW.
