8-bit true output bus driver, FCT family logic IC. Operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage with a nominal 5V. Features a 20-pin ceramic dual in-line package (CDIP20) with a propagation delay of 9ns. Designed for military temperature grade operation from -55°C to 125°C. Includes ENABLE LOW control and a load capacitance of 50pF.
