A precision 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) offers up to four single-ended or two differential input channels, featuring an integrated programmable gain amplifier (PGA), internal reference, and oscillator for streamlined sensor measurement. It provides flexible sampling rates ranging from 128 SPS to 3300 SPS, leveraging a Sigma-Delta architecture to achieve high accuracy across PGA input ranges from ±256 mV to ±6.144 V. Designed for space-constrained applications, it communicates via an I2C-compatible interface supporting four pin-selectable addresses. Operating over a wide supply voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V, the ADC maintains a low typical current consumption of 150 µA in continuous-conversion mode, suitable for extended operation in environments from -40°C to +125°C. Additional integrated features include a programmable comparator and single-shot mode with auto power-down, all housed in an ultra-small 10-pin VSSOP package. The ADS1015 is an ultra-small, low-power, 12-bit precision analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring an internal reference, oscillator, and a programmable gain amplifier (PGA). It is designed for space-constrained sensor measurement applications with an I2C-compatible interface.
