Features a 200 kS/s conversion rate, 1.9mW maximum power dissipation, and 380µA nominal supply current. Achieves 1LSB integral nonlinearity and 0.75LSB differential nonlinearity. Operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range with a 4.5V to 5.25V supply voltage. Serial interface and gold contact plating in an 8-PDIP package.
