This high-speed, micropower sampling ADC offers 2 LSB integral and differential nonlinearity, with a full-scale error of 4 LSB and 86 dB spurious-free dynamic range. Operating from a single 4.75V to 5.25V supply, it consumes a nominal 380 µA (1.9 mW) and is housed in an 8-SOIC package with gold contact plating. Suitable for applications requiring precise data conversion across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
