12-bit, 8-channel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a 1MS/s conversion rate and software-selectable input ranges. This SAR ADC offers bipolar and unipolar input polarity with a single-ended input type. Integral Nonlinearity (INL) is 1.5 LSB, with a full-scale error of 8 LSB and a Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 71.8dB. The device operates from a 1.65V to 5.25V supply range and communicates via an SPI interface. Packaged in a 24-VQFN with gold contact plating, it supports an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
