CMOS Dual 4-Stage Static Shift Register, featuring two independent 4-bit shift register circuits. Operates with a supply voltage range of 3V to 18V, with a typical operating voltage of 15V. This unidirectional shift register offers a propagation delay of 120ns and a turn-on delay time of 400ns. Packaged in a 16-SOIC surface mount case with gold contact plating, it supports a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C. RoHS compliant and constructed with CMOS technology.
